- Jim Taylor Review added: 2018.10.28★ ★ ★ ★ ★Absolutely excelent day out, in fact you need more than a day. Beautiful, idyllic, picturesque views of seaside, harbour and countryside. Perfect opportuneties for filming & still photography. The multi transport discount tickets are well worth the price. We booked the Paignton to Kingswear return including a free return ferry crossing to Dartmouth. A fabulous trip for steam fanatict or any heritage enthusiast. 5 stars aren't enough.
- Tim Barnes Review added: 2018.07.23★ ★ ★ ★ ☆A ride on a STEAM TRAIN along beautiful scenic coastline, ending at DARTMOUTH. Regularly visited by larger powerful STEAM ENGINES from other parts of the country, including 'luxury evening trips', for the 'posh', from LONDON CITY. Cross the river at DARTMOUTH on a 'push and pull' barge. Unique to this part of the country, with highly skilled navigation. A trip up the river to catch a bus to your original starting point. For the more adventurous and fit, you can ride down by STEAM TRAIN and walk along the 'dramatic' 8 mile coastal path, back to BRIXHAM and catch a bus to PAIGNTON. What ever, plan or change your day, according to the weather.
